With the guidance of the new corporation goal, Tongfang has conducted a series of capital merge and restructure. The holding company, Chengzhi Co, Ltd was delivered to the Shenzhen Stock Market. The sales of Tongfang computers launched a great leap, which made Tongfang the fourth domestic PC brand. Tongfang has finished the publication of the supplementary 20 million A Shares.

		In 2001 Tsinghua Tongfang has made progress in digital television transmit, energy and environment in the new century. Its “Tongfang Nuctech” container inspection system got the order from Australia for the first time.. The Taihao Science and Technology Co, Ltd, hold by Tsinghua Tongfang came into the Shanghai Stock Market. It became the second listed company of Tsinhua Tongfang. By the end of 2002, the Tsinghua Tongfang Science and Technology Square with a height of 109 meter was completed.

The “Tongfang Nuctech” container inspection system was sold all over the world. Its market share ranked the first in the global market. Tsinghua Tongfang also got the license of broadcasting AV programs on line, and mainly provided services and business on line.

		In 2004 the e-Home department integrated the original four product companies. It combined the companies on fire fighting products, control products, safe protection products and intelligence household products and formally established the intelligence system product company. The new company integrated the former resource in the all business sections of the e-Home department. It would further strengthen the market promotion of the intelligence system product, enhance the ability on the collection, analysis and application of market information, constantly improve the product quality, the product consultation and after service system, and construct a complete product system of Tsinghua Tongfang, so as to heighten the comprehensive competitive force with scale effect.
